We roast our Brazil light to bring out a bit of nutty sweetness, as well as a bit darker (After Dinner) for caramel notes. Medium-light body & crisp acidity make for a satisfying cup of coffee.

There are many traditional ways to brew coffee–drip, french press, espresso, etc.–and all of them use HEAT to get to the wonderful coffee oils inside the bean! But if you’ve got a little patience, you can brew a concentrated, but bitter-less coffee that will keep in your fridge for up to 14 days with no loss of flavor or quality. Plus, its versatile, so you’ll use it to the last drop. Depending on how you brew it, it can pack a caffeine punch! Can't take the acids in coffee? Cold brewing negates much of the acid that heat extracts, so give it a try! Columbia & Guatemala. P.S. You'll want it coarse ground ;)

Mexican Chiapas coffee is known for its complex flavor profile, round beans, and lasting body. The coffee is grown in the Sierre de Madre Chiapas region of southern Mexico, on rich volcanic soil that can contribute notes of citrus, chocolate, nuts, and lemon. Some say that as you go higher into the mountains of Chiapas, the coffee can rival the sweetness and complexity of the best Guatemalan coffees. Shade-Grown/Organic/Fair Trade Certified.
